What to put on a business letterhead

Keep it to what a reader needs to reply or check who you are: business name and logo, postal address, phone, email and website. Limited companies in the UK must also show their registered name, company number, place of registration and registered office address on business letters (Companies Act 2006 and the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015). Put those details in the address box and they print in the header line.

The letterhead uses the same logo, colour and layout you set on your invoices, so your paperwork matches.

Questions

Can I write the letter here too?

Yes. Fill in the recipient, subject and body, sign it, and export. Or leave the body blank for printed letterhead paper.

Which layout should I choose?

Studio gives a bold colour band, Classic uses a serif with a thin rule, Compact keeps everything small and tight.
